We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every child. Our services are designed for families seeking culturally responsive, behavioral health–informed mentorship for children and adolescents—especially when traditional therapeutic services aren’t accessible

What We Offer

Our mentors are trained in trauma-informed care and behavioral health principles, with extensive experience in clinical and community work.

  • One-on-one and group mentorship that supports self-awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills. Sessions are grounded in behavioral health principles while remaining non-clinical, accessible, and culturally responsive.

  • Helping families navigate the transition after psychiatric care, encouraging support beyond discharge, that can help your child settle back into life.

Give your child the gift of support beyond discharge, that is in alliance with medication management and ADLs.

  • Guidance that helps youth set academic goals, and explore career interests—without pressure or one size fits all expectations. Additionally, we support children navigating major changes such as divorce, grief, relocation, or family shifts.

Let us help you rebuild routine, confidence, and connection.

  • Creative practices like visual arts, ceramics, yoga/meditation, and writing are used to help youth express and explore identity, and build resilience in a way that feels natural and affirming. Additionally, spirituality can be integrated when requested by youth and families, offering space for reflection, without judgment or proselytizing.

With their mentor, your child can explore personal interests through a variety of creative methods, including music and art lessons, and somatic art activities.

With art, the possibilities for exploration and awareness are endless.

  • Flexible service delivery options that meet Chicago families where they are, reducing barriers related to transportation, scheduling, and access.

Mentorship is available virtually and is also offered on an in-home basis.
